The wage range for this role is $29.00 to $44.00 per flat rate hour. Hourly Wage is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes performance bonus for eligible roles, commissions, and competitive benefits.

As an Automotive Service Technician, you'll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while delivering quality workmanship and excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Complete repair orders and document work performed.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and additional service needs.
• Perform inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Road test vehicles when necessary to confirm repairs and diagnose issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in company and manufacturer training programs.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians.
• Properly maintain tools, equipment, and work spaces.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, OSHA, and safety guidelines.

• Technical or trade school degree, or a minimum of one year of automotive repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work successfully in a flat-rate environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Willingness to attend required manufacturer and company training.

• ASE Certification(s).
• Previous dealership experience.
• Experience with multiple vehicle makes and models.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
