Automotive Service Advisor

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $ Annually

Location: Glen Cove, NY

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 annually, salary + commission

Job Type: Full-Time, 5-day work week including some Saturdays

Jaguar Land Rover Glen Cove is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-focused professional who can build strong relationships with clients while effectively managing the service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery. • Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process
• Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate services
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly and professionally
• Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure efficient workflow
• Review completed work with customers and ensure all concerns have been addressed
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience recommended
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and automotive service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills
• Positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• ADP/CDK and CDK Service Edge experience preferred
