At our shop, you won’t just write estimates - you’ll play a key role in delivering a top-tier customer experience while working alongside a talented, collaborative team.

We represent many brands:
Ford, Lincoln, Toyota, BMW, Subaru, Volkswagen, Mazda, Honda, and we repair and service all makes and all models.

Full-time

$32 per hour base rate, plus performance bonuses.
Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 + annually.

• Greet customers promptly in a timely manner and determine customer's needs accurately to ensure a high degree of customer service
• Work directly with technicians to assist in all repairs
• Be knowledgeable of repair procedures
• Ensure that repairs performed on customer's vehicles are accurate and consistent with estimates made

• One year minimum experience as an Estimator is preferred
• Experience with CCC.ONE or Mitchell Connect
• Superior CSI Score
• Team orientated attitude and commitment to quality
• Effective communication and attention to detail
• Knowledgeable with computers
• CDK/Paycom experience preferred but not a necessity
• Must have great attention to detail and follow-upAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Pass a criminal background screening
• Pass a drug test
• A valid and clean driver’s license

The Estimator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $32.00, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 + annually.
