We’re currently seeking a motivated and analytically minded Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned department and drive continued growth through data-driven insights.

• Oversee all aspects of the used vehicle department, including appraisals, acquisitions, pricing, reconditioning, and inventory management.

• Leverage data analytics tools to evaluate pricing trends, track sales performance, and forecast demand across multiple vehicle segments.

• Monitor market data and use insights to refine acquisition and pricing strategies that maintain competitiveness and profitability.

• Utilize analytical platforms (e.g.,
  vAuto, Drive Centric, CDK, Excel
  ) to develop actionable reports and visual dashboards that inform business decisions.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed volume, gross, and customer satisfaction goals.

• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely reconditioning and quality control of pre-owned vehicles.

• Implement targeted marketing and digital advertising strategies informed by data analysis of customer behavior and market opportunities.

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and state/federal regulations.

• Train, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a data-informed culture that values measurable performance and continuous improvement.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit objectives through data-driven decision making.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle valuation, market analytics, and inventory management tools (e.g., vAuto, Drive Centric, CDK).

• Proficiency in Excel, or similar tools for analyzing sales and inventory performance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, and analytical environment.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
