# Main Line Technician - MMAnoka, MN 55303## Overview Salary Range $40,000.00 - $ Base+Commission/year Position Type Full Time## Description As a Service Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles. This role involves identifying mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
** Requirements:
*** Conduct vehicle inspections and tests to provide a diagnosis on all vehicles.
* Perform MPI on all vehicles
* Complete PDI on all new vehicles.
* Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements.
* Achieve monthly productivity objectives.
* Communicate all vehicle repair recommendations and maintenance repairs with service advisor.
* Keep vehicle bays clean every day.
* Ensuring equipment longevity through care and cleanliness.
* Provide video/picture of repair recommendations for every RO, with clarity and personality.
* Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
* Prior to vehicle delivery, bring through carwash, unless noted otherwise.
* Adhere to employee handbook policies and procedures.## Qualifications
