We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team. This is a customer-focused, sales-oriented position that guides customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, recommends services, explains options and costs, and more. We’re looking for someone with automotive knowledge, excellent communication and computer skills, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

• $32,000 – $45,000 per year + commission & performance bonus

• Guide customers through to auto repair and maintenance process
• Greet customers, recommend services, explain repair options and costs, offer special promotions
• Communicate customer concerns and repair progress with technicians and customers.
• Present Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) results and recommend needed maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Explain repairs, warranty coverage, and maintenance needs clearly.
• Monitor repair progress and provide proactive customer updates.
• Coordinate parts and warranty repairs.
• Review completed work with customers and close repair orders.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer/vehicle records.
• Resolve customer concerns and support CSI, service sales, and customer retention goals.

• Previous Service Advisor, Service Writer, automotive, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair terminology.
• DMS experience preferred; willingness to learn required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong communication, computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
