This is an on-site position in NW Raleigh, Monday through Friday.

** What we are looking for:
*** Setting up floorplan payoff
* Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise
* Paying all transportation bills
* Getting titles ready for auction for our locations
* Posting payments for wholesales
* Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory
* Billing all wholesale deals
* Maintaining the 212 & 310 schedules
* Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan
* Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement
* All other tasks/projects as assigned
* Associate's degree in accounting or related field
* Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
* Previous automotive accounting and CDK experience (preferred)
* Supervisory or Team Lead skills with the ability to coach, train and give day-to-day direction and feedback
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
