Foxconn Technology Corporation (FTC) is a publicly listed company in Taiwan specializing in high-precision manufacturing and smart-factory solutions. To expand our global footprint, we established Foxconn Technology USA Corporation (FTC USA) in Louisville, KY, where we are building a next-generation Smart Manufacturing Center. We are now seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our business development efforts in the U.S. market.
JobMission
This role serves as a core sales leadership position for the U.S. subsidiary, responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in the United States, with a primary focus on the electronics industry. The Head of Sales will define and execute sales strategies, build and lead the U.S. sales team, and act as a key bridge between customers, U.S. operations, and global headquarters.
WhatYou Will Do
- Develop and acquire major clients across the United States.
- Expand into new industries and product sectors, identifying growth opportunities in the U.S. market.
- Build and lead strategic business development initiatives to increase market penetration.
- Formulate market-oriented strategies, including product planning, industry positioning, and long-term commercial development.
- Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide business decisions and revenue strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to align customer needs with technical capabilities.
- Minimum 15 years of Sales experience, including at least 8 years in management roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of mold processing or precision machining (e.g., CNC machining).
- Familiarity with the U.S. manufacturing ecosystem, including industries such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, and medical devices.
- Strong capability in market research, industry demand analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing, early-stage U.S. operation.
- Lead sales strategy for a newly established U.S. manufacturing operation with global backing.
- Build commercial partnerships for a next-generation Smart Manufacturing Center.
