This role is crucial in maintaining high standards, from managing staffing and product production to optimizing sales and marketing. • Oversee all operational activities at the Little Caesars location, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor optimization to meet business needs.
• Coordinate product production to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Drive sales through effective operations, customer service, and local marketing initiatives.

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant facility
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service and employee relations skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume situations
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in different temperature ranges
