Whatyou will be doing:

Responsible for planning and managing the procurement of supplies, services and vendor contracts for center operation in compliance with government and management directives

Essential Duties:

Provide supervision for purchasing through budget control and effective planning.

Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting procurement.

Evaluate staff performance, provide staff training and recommend personnel changes to the director, finance and administration

4. Assist the director, finance and administration in the preparation of the departmental budget; monitor and control expenditures.

5. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.

6. Prepare and administer all purchase order contracts,

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree[referred om business administration or associated field and two years related experience, one of which should be in a supervisory capacity.
Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
Demonstrated mathematical abilities.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
