Main Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for marketing activities and portfolio management carried out by team members to achieve targets and business development of Workplace Banking in Network/Segment by ensuring implementation of action plan aligns with business strategy.

Manage Workplace Banking customer portfolio for deepening and cross-selling products for funding, lending, and fee-based income so that existing and potential customers' portfolio is more optimal.

Provide continuous input to WPB Business Development for developing more competitive product packages/programs/promotions and WPB processes in the market.

Responsible for sales to acquire new customers for the business network/segment.

Conduct comprehensive oversight of Workplace Banking targets under his/her responsibility, including monitoring and ensuring team productivity and performance, ensuring team members understand Workplace Banking products/programs and follow applicable terms/procedures in marketing activities, and ensuring performance improvement through sales discipline/monitoring and coaching.

Qualifications

Minimum education S1/S2 from various majors.
Minimum 10 years of work experience in marketing and knowledge of consumer funding and lending products, as well as company financial analysis, and previous managerial positions.
