Operations Manager
ISP Chemicals LLC seeks an energetic and analytical Materials Coordinator for our Calvert City, KY location. This role is highly visible within the Engineering function and reports directly to the Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities- Develop raw material and scheduling requirements based on engineering specifications and production plans.
- Manage material movement in collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
- Negotiate supplier lead times and oversee timely delivery schedules.
- Maintain inventory control of equipment parts.
- Investigate and resolve minor carrier issues.
- Prepare Bill of Lading (BOL) documents.
- Coordinate air freight and rail car carriers.
- Provide weekend support every 4th weekend.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work every 4th weekend.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- 3-5 years of logistics support experience.
