Oracle EBS Functional Manufacturing Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and technology solutions, is seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Manufacturing Consultant to join their team. As an Oracle EBS Functional Manufacturing Consultant, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting manufacturing and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Lewisport, KY (Remote with Travel required)

Pay Range: $80-85/hr

• Gather business requirements and configure Oracle EBS R12 OPM and Inventory modules, including Formulas, Recipes, Batches, Item Master, Inventory Organizations, Sub-inventories, and Lot Control.
• Support end-to-end manufacturing and inventory processes by managing batch execution, material transactions, inventory replenishment, and lot tracking within OPM and INV.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to OPM Batch Processing, Inventory Transactions, Lot Genealogy, Material Reservations, On-hand Balances, and Inventory Reconciliation while providing user training and process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICEW), and collaborate with offshore technical teams for integrations between OPM, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Cost Management.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities while ensuring business requirements are successfully implemented.

• Experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing (minimum 5 years)
• Experience with Discrete Quality and Inventory modules (minimum 5 years)
• Active certifications in Oracle OPM Implementation
• Strong understanding of batch processing, inventory transactions, and lot control
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
