What Will You Do?
As a Senior Behavioral Experimentation Analyst at Voya Financial, you will design and execute behavioral experiments including A/B tests, randomized controlled trials, and quasi-experimental studies using platforms such as Optimizely. You will analyze large-scale customer datasets with statistical methods to identify trends and deliver clear recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with product, marketing, and data science teams to develop dashboards and contribute to industry-leading behavioral science research.
