Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, proactive Business Analyst to support legal technology platforms, including
* Docu Sign and Ironclad*. This role requires a self-starter who can drive process improvements, manage complex workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning new platforms and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and optimize legal processes and contracting workflows.
* Gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories.
* Configure, test, and maintain CLM tools (primarily Ironclad) and related platforms.
* Provide training, support, and performance monitoring for legal technology solutions.
* Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
* Manage multiple initiatives in an Agile environment and groom the backlog as needed.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

** 8+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in legal or contracting domains. Experience working within a large company environment is noted.
** Technical

Skills:

*
* * Expertise with CLM tools (Ironclad), Docu Sign*, and process automation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., ADO) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
*
* Soft Skills:

** Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be proactive, a self-starter, and demonstrate care for the work produced. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications
* Administrative experience with Ironclad (back-end).
* Experience as an end-user of Ironclad.
* Experience conducting training for end-users.
