The Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation (M&A), leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that support TTI’s strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and integration of subsidiaries and product lines.

This role partners with business and functional leaders to translate M&A strategy into executable integration plans, ensuring acquired entities are effectively aligned with TTI’s operating model, systems, and organizational structure.

Our Senior Project Manager, M&A:

  • Lead M&A integration initiatives from due diligence through post-close stabilization
  • Develop integration scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource plans aligned to business priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional work streams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial)
  • Support due diligence efforts with operational and integration readiness input
  • Drive Day 1 readiness and post-acquisition integration execution
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges; implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure alignment with TTI operating model, governance, and performance expectations
  • Facilitate change management, communication, and adoption across integrated entities
  • Provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, and value realization
  • Partner with Finance to track synergy realization and integration value
  • Contribute to M&A integration playbooks and continuous improvement of methodologies

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years leading complex projects or programs across multiple business functions required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5–10 years of experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or post-merger integration strongly preferred
  • Experience in business transformation, organizational change, or enterprise integration initiatives
  • Experience working in global or multi-regional environments preferred
  • Experience integrating subsidiaries, product lines, or distribution operations is a plus

What we look for:

  • PMP or similar certification preferred, Agile certification a plus
  • Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle (due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration execution)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong financial and operational awareness, including synergy tracking
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex integration challenges into actionable plans
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids
  • Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to travel at least 20%, including international travel, as required
