Product Analyst:

A rapidly growing Chicago-based technology company is looking to bring on a Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of its software platform used by clubs, administrators, coaches, and parents nationwide. This role serves as an entry point into Product Management, offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across customer discovery, product delivery, testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Working alongside Product Managers, Software Developers, Client Success, and Implementation teams, you'll develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and business operations while helping shape product decisions through user feedback, testing, and data-driven insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with customers, and building a foundation for a future career in Product Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights
• Experience writing and executing test cases or validating system functionality
• Basic proficiency with SQL or other data query languages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Passion for sports, technology, and creating great customer experiences
• Interest in pursuing a future career in Product Management
• Experience gathering customer feedback and translating it into product improvements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn complex business processes and software systems
