The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a passion for automation and continuous improvement, and has a proven ability to identify and deliver significant cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

If you’re a proactive, innovative leader ready to transform how marketing operates and scales, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the marketing operations engine, building streamlined workflows, smart automation, and turnkey delivery capabilities that scale with growing demand.
  • Lead the shift from reactive fulfillment to forward-looking supply management through AI-based inventory projections and proactive demand planning.
  • Reimagine the ordering experience for physicians and internal staff - continuously simplifying and improving the ecosystem so every stakeholder gets what they need, faster.
  • Drive high-impact initiatives from start to finish - owning project management, timelines, budgets, and outcomes for marketing programs.
  • Find and capture meaningful savings by identifying cost-saving opportunities across vendors, processes, and technology - turning operational efficiency into bottom-line impact.
Key Competencies
  • Strategic Thinking – Synthesizes data and external benchmarks to inform decisions; continuously envisions and pursues new capabilities and improvements.
  • Proactive Approach – Anticipates operational needs and gets ahead of issues before they surface; drives improvements without waiting to be directed.
  • Detail-Oriented – Manages workflows, budgets, and timelines with precision; catches issues early and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Independent Ownership – Manages competing priorities and projects end-to-end with minimal oversight; exercises sound judgment without step-by-step direction.
  • Decisiveness – Weighs tradeoffs quickly and commits to a course of action; makes timely calls to keep projects and initiatives moving forward.
  • Collaboration & Influence – Builds productive cross-functional relationships; effectively aligns stakeholders and influences without direct authority.
