In this job, you’llsupport inspection programs with a primary focus on Aerial Transmission and Centralized Gatekeeping as well as assisting Transmission 360, Distribution 360, compliance ground inspections, and notifications generated from these programs. This role provides operational, technical, training, data analysis, and quality review support.
The successful candidate will help and in certain cases lead inspection quality, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and effective adoption of tools and workflows. Through this work, the position helps SCE build a better tomorrow by strengthening inspection reliability, supporting safer operations, as well as reducing risk through inspections.

- Analyzes business operations to identify areas for improvement and to develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
- Conducts thorough evaluations of existing business processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
