Qualifications:

6-8+yearsofexperienceinproductownershipormanagementwithastrongemphasisonhardwareandfirmwaredevelopmentandsustainment,ideallyinhealthcareenvironments.

Solidunderstandingofthehealthcaretechnologylandscape;

RTLSor Med Techexperienceishighlydesirable .

Provenexpertisein Agile methodologies;

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) orequivalentcertificationpreferred.

Abilitytoworkwithina Phase Gateprocessfor New Product Development .

Demonstratedabilitytoleadmulti-disciplinaryhardwareinitiativeswithaprovenrecordofachievingprojectmilestones.

Experienceinterfacingwithclinicalprofessionalsandtranslatingclinicalworkflowsintoactionableproductrequirements.

Abilitytoconductproductdemosandconveysolutionvaluetoleadershipandotherstakeholders.

Persuasivecommunicationskills,executive presence,thoughtfulstakeholdermanagement,andpolishedpresentationskillswithaglobal,cross-cultural perspective.
