AsaCBREPeople Business Partner ,youwillassistwiththeroll-outandcommunicationofHRinitiatives,policies,and procedures.

Thisjobispartofthe People Strategy and  Operations function.

Theyareresponsiblefor thedesign,execution,and monitoring of human resource programs and policies.

• Assistwiththedevelopmentofonboarding,careerladders,succession planning,andperformancemanagement initiatives in the organization.
• Provideemployeerelationsguidance,conflict resolution,andassistwithissuingdisciplinaryactionand performance improvement counseling.
• Workwithmanagerstoidentifyemployment-relatedrisksandbeginthediscoveryprocessofinvestigationsand grievances.
• ManageseveralHRfunctionssuchasemployment,laborrelations,compensation,etc.forabusinessunitorline of business.
• Conducttrainingonavarietyoftopicsincludingperformancemanagement,diversity,and more.
• Applyin-depthknowledgeofstandardprinciplesandtechniques/procedurestoaccomplishcomplex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coachothersandsharein-depthknowledgeofownjobdisciplineandbroadknowledgeofseveraljob disciplines within the function.
• LeadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwithCBRERISEvalues.

• Bachelor'sDegreepreferredwith5-8yearsofrelevantexperience.
  
  Inlieuofadegree,acombinationof experience and education will be considered.
• At least 3 years of direct labor relations or union environment experience, with demonstrated experience in grievance handling, investigations, and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) interpretation.
• Abilitytoexercisejudgmentbasedontheanalysisofmultiplesourcesof information.
• Willingnesstotakeanewperspectiveonexisting solutions.
