Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

The main duties/responsibilities for this Mid-Level position include:

• Perform all aspects of accounting cycle – payables, receivables, and general ledger
• Accounts payable entry and processing
• Client invoicing, payment processing and bank register posting
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Support corporate Controller with additional tasks and reporting
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with record retention policies
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality are required

Minimum Requirements include:

• Microsoft Word/Excel experience required
• Microsoft Outlook and Teams experience
• Three to five years accounting experience
