The main duties/responsibilities for this Mid-Level position include:
- Perform all aspects of accounting cycle – payables, receivables, and general ledger
- Accounts payable entry and processing
- Client invoicing, payment processing and bank register posting
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Support corporate Controller with additional tasks and reporting
- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with record retention policies
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality are required
Minimum Requirements include:
- Microsoft Word/Excel experience required
- Microsoft Outlook and Teams experience
- Three to five years accounting experience
