Associates playan important rolein researching and developing life science client recommendations as part of project teams.

Gaining client exposure from the start, this is a growth focused, early career role for individuals looking to progress their career within the life science consulting sector while applying their analytical skills/ scientific background to develop client recommendations.

Ouremployeesare tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

• Serve as key member of project teams conducting primary and secondary research, performing quantitative & qualitative analysis to generate insights against the clientobjective.
• Support in the structure & development of client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel format including integrating analysis and telling the story in a clear, effective manner.
• Attend client meetings and present key elements where applicable.
• Collaborate with team members toidentifytrends, draw conclusions, developinsightsand transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client.
• Interviewclient’s customers, competitors, suppliers, etc. as this work will become the basis of the case team’s strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
