Location: Northern
Fraxion Spend Management LLC is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic accounts and the CS tech stack (Hub Spot, Gainsight). You will mentor other CSMs, conduct structured discovery, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion across complex customer portfolios.
You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure healthy, growing, and renewing relationships, reporting to the Director of Customer Success. This is a player-coach role with deep operational impact.
