About the Role:

The Associate Client Manager is the foundational role within the Client Management team, focused on learning True Accord’s platform, product suite, and client operational standards. You are an essential support partner, working under the guidance of Client Managers to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and timely execution of day-to-day client needs. • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of mainly passive clients, ensuring consistent delivery of True Accord’s services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Operational Support: Assist Client Managers in the day-to-day management of account portfolios, including tracking performance metrics and maintaining documentation.

  • Reporting & Data Accuracy: Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for core client check-ins, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the initial point of contact for routine client inquiries, working with the Client Manager to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal support teams to process requests and ensure client deliverables meet standard quality requirements.

  • Skill Development: Actively engage in training sessions, mentorship, and self-directed learning to build expertise in debt collection, product features, and client strategy.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Entry-level experience in Client Success, Customer Support, Operations, or a related field.

  • Experience in at least one of the following:
    Debt collections or Default Management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with data entry and reporting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to learn complex software tools and internal platforms quickly.
