Description:
Provides client support services to internal and external employer groups in coordinating and processing requests for non-ERSIA Retirement Plan solutions including investment products and third-party administrative services to promote investment options, plan compliance, record keeping and market transactions. Will provide administrative support and complete other duties as assigned by the Investment Director.
Responsibilities- Works as a liaison with the sales team to help facilitate the implementation, set-up, and complete enrollment process for FFInvest
- Works directly with retirement services team at Inves Trust, ensuring all documents submitted are accurate and within plan guidelines
- Processes new enrollment and beneficiary forms, checking for completion and adherence to plan regulations
- Sends transmittals to all FFInvest accounts, works with payroll/benefits contacts to ensure deduction files are accurate
- Solves client problems with a sense of urgency, has and maintains a keen knowledge of employee benefits and retirement plan and all functionalities of FFEnroll
- Has a keen knowledge of company operations, insurance products, TPA services and the employee benefits/insurance industry
- Works with manager and senior staff to acquire new business, and maintain current customer satisfaction and retention
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED).
- 3-5 years working with retirement plan benefit administration
- 3 years of customer service or general business.
- Working knowledge of retirement plans and worksite marketing products.
- Life & Health Insurance License (or be able to obtain in 90 days).
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 License (or be able to obtain within 24 months).
- Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of handling sensitive client information.
- Must have proven oral and written communication skills through work.
- Knowledge of the K-12 market benefits preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word & Outlook
Must be able to successfully complete a thorough background check.
