This is a senior individual contributor position on the product team, responsible for driving the roadmap of a flagship SaaS product used by Fortune 500 enterprises. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to launch features that improve scalability, security, and user adoption. Success in this role means balancing long-term product vision with near-term delivery, keeping the client’s customers — global enterprise IT leaders — at the center.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, release planning, and post-launch iteration
- Develop business cases for new features, with ROI analysis and adoption forecasting
- Collaborate closely with engineering and UX to translate concepts into usable solutions
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback and shape roadmap priorities
- Partner with sales and marketing to enable field teams with product positioning and training
- Track KPIs including retention, NPS, and feature adoption to inform decisions
- 6+ years in SaaS product management (enterprise software required)
- Strong understanding of B2B product life cycles and cloud delivery models
- Ability to engage directly with enterprise clients at the CIO/VP level
- Background in agile methodologies; product certifications a plus
- Bachelor’s in computer science, business, or related field; MBA preferred
