Position Overview

Partner with executives at commercial enterprises and government agencies to develop AI strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Assess organizational readiness, identify high-impact use cases, and create actionable adoption roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy engagements from discovery through roadmap delivery
Conduct AI maturity assessments and use-case prioritization workshops
Translate complex AI capabilities into executive-ready business cases
Partner with engineering to scope feasibility and total cost of ownership
Build trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5+ years in management consulting, AI strategy, or enterprise transformation
Deep working knowledge of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, custom inference, RAG)
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives
Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, MS, or PhD in a relevant field
Prior consulting experience at a top-tier firm
Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector)
