Change Enablement Program Support Specialist, Promotional Review and Operations
This temporary assignment, expected to begin immediately and continue through March 2027, will provide specialized execution support for PRO process changes and approved Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled initiatives. The specialist will translate established direction into complete change-readiness materials, vendor records, stakeholder content, adoption insights, and decision-quality documentation. This role is not intended to provide general administrative coverage across PRO.
Operating PrincipleMichelle Rajpal retains accountability for process strategy, AI for MLR workstream leadership, change strategy, vendor direction and acceptance, stakeholder alignment, risk escalation, and final deliverables. Gabriela Lanauze retains communications strategy and final message approval;
Cherie Dennis retains system strategy, governance, and technical testing oversight; and Georgia Gayle retains final leadership, prioritization, staffing, and resourcing decisions. This resource may draft, analyze, coordinate, and recommend, but may not approve scope, accept vendor capabilities, make governance decisions, commit the organization, or replace an accountable internal owner.
- Maintain Change and Readiness Plans:
Maintain initiative-specific change-impact, stakeholder,readiness, adoption, risk, and decision records based on direction from Michelle or the accountable workstream owner. General PRO workplans and routine administrative trackers are outside this role. - Support AI Program Delivery:
Coordinate substantive workstream activities for AI for MLR initiatives,including requirements traceability, deliverable tracking, testing inputs, decision records, and status documentation. The resource will not define pilot scope, success criteria, or vendor acceptance. - Manage Vendor Evidence and Commitments:
Maintain a traceable record of requested capabilities,written commitments, open questions, evidence received, due dates, and unresolved gaps; promptly escalate vague, incomplete, or missed commitments to Michelle. - Develop Change and AI Materials:
Prepare first drafts of change-impact summaries, stakeholder updates,FAQs, training content, job aids, presentations, and leadership materials for review. Gabriela or the designated communications owner retains message strategy and final approval. - Support Business Readiness and Adoption:
Develop readiness checklists, learning requirements,feedback tools, reinforcement plans, and hypercare inputs. Meeting scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and routine training administration may be assigned to the Program Operations & Administrative Coordinator. - Document Demonstrations and Decisions:
Collect and organize demo readouts, presentation decks,requirements responses, test evidence, capability confirmations, open questions, decisions, owners, anddue dates to maintain a complete decision record. - Compile Adoption Insights:
Consolidate approved usage data, stakeholder feedback, issue themes,readiness indicators, and completion measures; prepare preliminary observations for interpretation and decision-making by Michelle and the accountable internal owner. - Prepare Decision-Quality Status Updates:
Provide concise, fact-based updates that distinguish completed work, open risks, decisions required, vendor dependencies, and recommended next steps without making commitments on behalf of the business. - Maintain Change and AI Tools:
Maintain approved change and AI templates, readiness tools, vendor trackers, decision logs, adoption dashboards, checklists, and lessons learned to improve execution consistency. - Use AI Responsibly:
Use only approved AI tools for drafting, summarization, document comparison, action extraction, content organization, and pattern identification, with full human review and compliance with confidentiality, data-protection, and records-management requirements.
- Complete and current change, readiness, communication, training, action, risk, and decision trackers for assigned initiatives.
- Timely draft communications, presentations, training materials, and stakeholder updates that require minimal rework.
