  • Partner with Industrial Planning, Inventory Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to gather requirements and align on process changes.
  • Support the definition of business needs for system and tool enhancements required to enable the future-state planning model.
  • Contribute to testing, implementation follow-up, and adoption of new processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations to support project governance, decision-making, and progress tracking.

  • Current-state assessment of monthly planning and order placement processes
  • Gap analysis and recommendations for weekly planning implementation
  • Future-state process design and supporting documentation
  • Business requirements for tool and system evolution
  • Support for implementation, testing, and change management

  • Interest in supply chain planning, process improvement, and transformation projects.
  • First experience through internship or apprenticeship in supply chain, planning, operations, consulting, or project management is preferred.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with operational and project stakeholders.
  • Organized, rigorous, and comfortable managing multiple work streams in a dynamic environment.
