Job Purpose

We are actively seeking a Logistics Process & Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This position partners with business and functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities, conduct analysis, implement solutions, and drive measurable business results. Additionally, you will lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer experience.

This role can be based in our offices in Racine, WI, or Oak Brook, IL, and is eligible for our hybrid work schedule, with three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and process optimization.
  • Design, implement, and validate process, workflow, and system enhancements that improve business performance.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, reporting tools, and measurement systems to track results and sustain improvements.
  • Support business system enhancements, process documentation, testing activities, and solution validation as needed.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements.
  • Monitor implemented solutions and recommend adjustments to ensure long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
