Location: Northern
You will design, build, and own trading strategies end-to-end: signal research, portfolio construction, risk management, and execution — with the autonomy to follow the science wherever it leads.
What you'll do- Take strategies from hypothesis to live deployment, and own their performance.
- Apply modern machine learning and AI where it genuinely earns its place — and defend every modeling choice with evidence.
- Set the standard for reproducible research across the firm, and mentor early-career researchers.
- 2+ years in quantitative research or systematic trading, or an outstanding research track record (publications welcome).
- Deep statistics/ML plus strong engineering: your ideas should survive contact with production.
- Evidence over ego — you change your mind when the data tells you to.
