Our Client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support a shared cart and checkout product experience across web and mobile platforms. This role sits within a commercial growth and optimization organization and partners closely with engineering, UX, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-converting ecommerce experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery.
- Create product requirements, user stories, and backlog inputs for development teams.
- Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
- Define, validate, launch, and iterate on product features and experiences.
- Support integration of software features, SaaS platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on testing approaches, architecture decisions, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage ecommerce expertise to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Deliver presentations and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Minimum 5 years of related product management experience.
- Experience with ecommerce products, including cart, checkout, and transactional funnels.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to create feature-level requirements, user stories, and backlog documentation.
- Experience leading initiatives across engineering, UX, and business teams.
- Experience with collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using data, experimentation, or customer insights to influence product decisions.
- Experience with conversion optimization and experimentation methodologies.
- Experience with analytics and measurement platforms such as Adobe, Contentsquare, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting ecommerce experiences across web and mobile applications.
