If you are motivated by solving complex challenges, building new markets, and delivering measurable impact within a collaborative team, CGC offers a platform to do that work with purpose.  Position Summary  Reporting to the Vice President, Fin Ops, the Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst supports the design, coordination, and ongoing optimization of CGC’s data warehouse and dashboarding environment while also providing day-to-day analytical, operational, and execution support across the Fin Ops function.

While not solely responsible for data warehouse and dashboard development, this role maintains a primary focus on supporting these data platform activities and coordinating as needed across Fin Ops teams. The Analyst combines hands-on business intelligence and dashboarding skills—particularly in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI—with strong organizational and communication capabilities, helping translate cross-functional inputs into clear insights, tools, and materials that support planning, tracking, and decision-making across the organization.  

Essential Duties  Data Warehouse Coordination & Data Flow Management – Support the ongoing operation, monitoring, and enhancement of CGC’s data warehouse, including overseeing data pipelines and data quality. Serve as a central coordinator across Fin Ops departments and external support vendors for dashboard maintenance and reporting purposes.  Dashboard Development & Maintenance – Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards (ideally leveraging Microsoft Fabric) to support organizational reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, usability, and timely updates.  

Operational & Management Support – Provide day-to-day support to the Vice President, Fin Ops in coordinating across the Fin Ops team, including scheduling, preparation of presentations and briefing materials, tracking action items, and supporting internal planning, coordination, and execution of team priorities.  Meeting Support & Documentation – Support internal and cross-functional meetings through agenda development, note-taking, synthesis of decisions and action items, and follow-up coordination.
