WGA Advisors | Temporary Project-Based Engagement (Corp-to-Corp) | Remote with International Travel | $85/hour
WGA Advisors is a global management consulting firm and a world-class alternative to “Big-Name” consulting firms. We help senior leaders make and execute the decisions that matter most — across AI and digital transformation strategy, ESG, growth, culture, operations, and enterprise transformation. Our firm focuses on areas of senior management concern, creating enduring value and delivering measurable impact at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operating model design.
WGA’s AI Workforce Solutions practice is at the forefront of helping global enterprises move from isolated AI experimentation to scaled, business-led agentic AI deployment.
WGA Advisors is engaging a Lead AI Agent Architect to drive the analytical and architectural work that underpins our AI Workforce Solutions diagnostic methodology. This is a high-impact execution role responsible for the workflow analysis, use case design, platform evaluation, and client-ready artifact development that translate WGA’s diagnostic engagements into measurable client outcomes.
The Lead AI Agent Architect partners closely with the Principal AI Agent Architect and engagement leadership to produce the operational intelligence behind every diagnostic recommendation. The role demands sharp analytical thinking, fluency with the modern agentic AI platform landscape, and the ability to produce executive-grade deliverables under the quality standards of top-tier strategy consulting firms.
This is a 12-week temporary project-based engagement with approximately 5 weeks of international travel across Asia-Pacific. Strong potential for engagement extension based on performance and continued client demand across WGA’s pipeline.

- Map process flows, decision points, exception handling pathways, and human-AI handoff patterns
- Identify task clusters, role-level work concentrations, and operating activities where AI Agents can reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and increase throughput
- Support workflow walkthroughs, stakeholder shadowing, and operating observation sessions
Use case design and platform evaluation
- Design candidate AI Agent use case profiles including agent role, primary value levers, dependencies, readiness considerations, and implementation complexity
- Conduct comparative platform evaluations across the agentic AI landscape, assessing fit against client workflow requirements, governance constraints, and scalability considerations
- Develop fit-for-purpose assessments comparing platform capabilities, deployment models, and integration considerations
- Support buy-vs-build analysis for use cases where commercially available AI Agents or AI Tools may displace custom development
Sizing, prioritization, and readiness assessment
- Develop opportunity sizing models including transaction volumes, cycle times, labor intensity, and directional value estimates
- Build prioritization matrices across value, feasibility, readiness, dependency risk, and implementation complexity dimensions
- Conduct AI Workforce Readiness Assessments covering organizational, process, governance, and technology stack gaps
- Support sequencing analysis across near-term, medium-term, and later-wave deployment horizons
- Build the analytical and visual artifacts that support executive diagnostic deliverables, including opportunity inventories, use case profiles, platform comparison frameworks,…
