Job Description:

The ePMO Strategy & Intelligence Analyst supports the translation of enterprise strategy into measurable operational goals, performance insights, and cross-functional initiatives across Delivery.

This role works at an enterprise level, partnering with leadership to understand strategic priorities, define the operational objectives required to support those priorities, and evaluate whether projects, programs, resources, and performance are aligned with the organization’s long-term direction.

The analyst combines strategic planning, business intelligence, project management knowledge, and executive communication to connect organizational vision with measurable execution. This individual independently leads complex initiatives, analyzes enterprise performance, identifies risks and gaps, and provides clear recommendations that support informed decision-making.

Enterprise Strategy & Performance

  • Translate enterprise strategy into measurable operational goals, KPIs, and initiatives.
  • Evaluate project, program, financial, and operational performance against enterprise priorities.
  • Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities that may affect strategic outcomes.
  • Recommend priorities and actions based on enterprise value, risk, financial impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide perspective across business lines and functions.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Analyze portfolio, operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Develop data models, SQL queries, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
  • Perform trend, variance, gap, impact, and scenario analysis.
  • Connect operational performance to strategic goals and business outcomes.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with leaders to define operational goals, success measures, milestones, and execution plans that support strategic priorities.
  • Independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and outcome validation.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple business areas.
  • Maintain initiative momentum and accountability with limited day-to-day oversight.
  • Identify barriers early and elevate when executive direction or prioritization is required.

Enterprise Work Management Strategy

  • Define how strategic goals, enterprise initiatives, and measurable outcomes should connect across the organization’s work-management framework
  • Use Asana and other enterprise data sources to evaluate alignment between strategic priorities, active initiatives, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Identify gaps in enterprise visibility that limit leadership’s ability to measure progress, understand risk, or make informed decisions.
