Manager, strategy & operations – sustainability advisory

You Will

• Drive operational excellence: Design, implement, and improve processes and systems that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability across the Services business.
• Build reporting infrastructure: Create and maintain key dashboards and reporting tools to track business health, performance, and operational priorities.
• Support data-driven decisions: Analyze data to uncover meaningful insights and translate them into clear recommendations, action plans, and business improvements.
• Lead strategic planning: Manage the strategic planning process for the Services organization, including OKR development, business reviews, and long-term planning.
• Own forecasting models: Build and manage complex forecasting models that support budgeting, staffing, capacity planning, and other core business processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives: Lead complex initiatives involving multiple work streams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Improve cross-functional alignment: Partner with Services leaders to create clear and compelling materials that explain the Services offering accurately.
• Deliver enablement: Support cross-functional teams by providing enablement on Services offerings, processes, and priorities.
• Lead a small team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two talented professionals.
• Champion operating principles: Lead by example and promote a high-performance, customer-focused, and mission-driven team culture.

• Professional experience: You have 8+ years of success in a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or business operations and strategy roles at a fast-paced technology company.
• B2B operations experience: Experience owning and scaling operations for B2B products or services is preferred.
• People management: You have 2+ years of people management experience and a strong track record of developing talent.
• Analytical strength: You are highly skilled in modelling and data analysis, with experience using data to solve a wide range of business problems.
• Structured problem-solving: You bring a clear, organized approach to complex and ambiguous challenges and can turn strategic goals into executable plans.
• Detail and priority management: You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and control over execution.
• Operational systems expertise: You have proven experience building repeatable systems in high-growth environments, from design and implementation to optimization.
• Strong operational judgment: You have a clear view of what best-in-class operational systems look like, based on hands-on experience.
• AI tool experience: You use AI tools in your daily work to improve productivity, support decision-making, and develop new solutions.
• Communication skills: You are an excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Cross-functional influence: You are skilled at aligning stakeholders across teams and driving collaboration toward shared outcomes.
• Growth-stage mindset: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and bring ownership, curiosity, and a strong bias for action.
• Technical tools: Experience with SQL and Salesforce is preferred.
