Position SummaryLeads the Integrated Product Portfolio Management (IPPM) and Technology Governance processes for Customer Energy Technology Solutions (CETS), driving cross-functional planning, prioritization, and decision-making across the organization. Partners with leaders to assess portfolio performance, align investments to strategic objectives, identify risks and opportunities, and enable data-driven decisions. Serves as the primary liaison between CETS and Technology Services, coordinating technology planning, intake, prioritization, governance, and major technology initiatives.
Develops strategic communications and oversees portfolio metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting to support organizational planning, execution, and leadership decision-making.
- Project Management:
Facilitates and coordinates cross-functional business processes, planning activities, governance forums, and strategic initiatives. Owns the CETS Integrated Product Portfolio Management (IPPM) and Technology Governance processes, including portfolio reviews, technology intake, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. - Strategic Planning:
Leads and facilitates strategic planning activities that support business area objectives and operational priorities. Partners with leaders to define goals, establish performance measures, identify emerging risks and opportunities and develop implementation plans that align resources and initiatives to desired business outcomes. Monitors progress and recommends adjustments to improve effectiveness and strategic alignment. - Communication:
Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of strategic communications around business area activities, priorities, governance decisions, and portfolio outcomes. Facilitates cross-functional meetings and forums, drives alignment across stakeholders, and serves as a key point of coordination between business and technology teams. - Analytics/Metrics:
Leverages business area systems and data to identify, develop, and deliver impactful metrics, dashboards, visualizations, and analytics. Consults with leaders in the development and interpretation of metrics used to support portfolio management, strategic planning, governance, and decision-making. Evaluates data quality and reporting integrity, identifies anomalies and potential issues, and partners with stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable information is available for leadership review. - Budget Management:
Provides guidance to leaders within the business area on various aspects of the budget process. Supports initiatives that result in improvements related to the budget process. - Mentorship:
Provide guidance, advice, feedback, oversight and support to team members, supporting a strong talent pipeline, knowledge transfer and performance sustainment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
- At least six years related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy and with business and operational performance measures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in communications with demonstrated ability to deliver effective and strategic messages to a variety of audiences.
- Strong technical background in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience leveraging technology.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of leading teams and managing multiple deliverables and senior-level stakeholder groups.
