We're looking for a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator. Your main role will be to streamline all travel-related operations for our team. You'll be the go-to person for booking flights, hotels, and managing travel budgets.
As the Program Management Office Travel Coordinator, you’ll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures in supporting our client. Responding to PM, you’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.

You Have:3+ years of experience facilitating federal travel
Experience with Concur Government Edition or federal travel management systems
Experience providing administrative leadership support
Experience with travel coordination for U.S. government federal staff
Experience with coordination of stakeholder travel bookings, vouchers, and expense reimbursement
Experience interacting and communicating with internal stakeholders
Ability to provide travel voucher assistance as necessary upon completion of travel
Ability to stay informed about any travel advisories or visa requirements
HS diploma or GED
Experience as a Travel Coordinator supporting the DoD
Experience using travel software such as Concur
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Ability to utilize a customer-focused approach
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
Possession of excellent communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
