- Maintain executive‑level reporting, program dashboards, and progress updates.
- Lead facility transitions, equipment relocations, and site readiness efforts — ensuring production and cost efficiency continuity.
- Coordinate across HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and Plant Management — acting as the central hub for all work streams.

- Help the business stay flexible and focused as plans evolve in real‑time.
- 8–12 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑site transformation efforts (e.g., plant consolidations, M&A integration)
- Strong knowledge of production operations, logistics, and workforce planning
- Excellent cross‑functional leadership and executive communication skills
- Adept with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Teams, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
- You bring structure to ambiguity. You’re energized by environments that lack fully built systems and know how to create order without waiting for permission.
- You guide the guide-less. You’re comfortable working with leaders who are strong operators but may be new to strategic change. You meet people where they are — and help them level up.
- You influence without a big team. We have a lean‑back office, so you…
