Summary:

/strong  /p     Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department, interns have a unique opportunity to work alongside a team that creates a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome, can express their authentic selves, and shares a strong sense of belonging regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability.

/p     ng onsibilities: /strong  /p       ort Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and Employee Network Group (ENG) initiatives that foster inclusive and engaging employee experience. /li    st with maintaining and auditing DEI and ENG resources, including company intranet pages, SharePoint sites, and communication channels. /li    arch, propose, and support employee engagement campaigns, including volunteer hour tracking and recognition programs for Employee Network Groups.

/li     develop and execute internal communications, content calendars, and awareness campaigns for cultural observances, and DEI initiatives /li    lete administrative tasks /li    ect data from the Employee Network Group events /li    nd ENG planning meetings to assist with coordinating programming /li    st with sourcing, vetting, and curating specific content for diverse subjects requested by various AEG Departments /li     AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.
