Experience:Generally 7–10+ years of progressive relevant experience, with demonstrated scope beyond individual-contributor execution.
Education:Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics or a related discipline; advanced degree may be preferred.
Analytical leadership:Synthesizes multiple data sources, identifies drivers/risks/opportunities, and converts analysis into actionable recommendations.
Business partnership:Partners effectively across functions and organizational levels; understands business objectives, not only technical execution.
Influence:Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in complex, highly matrixed organizations.
Executive communication:Explains complex analysis clearly, tailors messages by audience, and provides executive-ready recommendations and decision options.
Leadership:Leads complex projects/work streams and, where applicable, teams; creates alignment and develops others.
Execution:Self-directed; manages multiple priorities and changing demands under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Strategic mindset:Connects technical work to commercial, financial or portfolio strategy; comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information.
Technical foundation:Strong Excel and PowerPoint; additional systems/analytics expertise varies by specialty.
FUNCTIONAL DIFFERENTIATORS Forecasting & Commercial AnalyticsCommercial/pipeline/sales forecasting; model development; patient-flow/scenario/sensitivity methods; market research, epidemiology, competitive intelligence; therapeutic-area depth; pharma/biotech.
FP&A / Strategic FinancePlan/LBE/LRP ownership; P&L, revenue/expense forecasting; reporting, variance and scenario analysis;
Commercial partnership; SAP/BPC/Power BI or related tools.
Payer contracting; rebate analysis/payment; governance/compliance;
Medicare/Medicaid/Exchange exposure;
Model N;
Government Pricing and Legal partnership.

- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future. - We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
- This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
- Range $141,500 to $268,500
