Experience:

We are the CCO Product Strategy team — a newly formed and fast-growing group within Salesforce's Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization. We sit at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, pricing and packaging, field readiness, executive narrative, and go-to-market execution. We work directly with senior leaders across Product, Field, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to frame the company's most important strategic questions and drive them to decision.  

This role will focus on building the forecasting and analytical backbone that turns raw usage and pipeline data into a defensible, board-ready view of the business.

The Opportunity:

You will lead end-to-end strategy work streams including business case, revenue forecast modeling, agentic product strategy, go-to-market strategy, customer validation, consumption pricing, and competitive positioning. The role requires someone who can move fluidly from rigorous financial/analytical modeling to executive-level narrative, and from hypothesis-driven analysis to practical cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities:
* Own business use case revenue forecast modeling — build and maintain the analytical models that translate initiative drivers, pipeline, and consumption data into revenue forecasts and commit views for senior leadership to inform investment decisions.
* Lead high-impact strategy work streams end-to-end — frame ambiguous business problems, develop issue trees and workplans, identify the right analyses, and drive toward clear decision options and executive recommendations.
* Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders across Product, Field, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, helping translate broad priorities into actionable choices, tradeoffs, and operating plans.
* Synthesize complex inputs into sharp points of view, including customer interviews, field feedback, competitive research, market scans, product roadmap inputs, usage data, pricing signals, and internal business performance.
* Drive customer-backed strategy development by designing structured interview guides, stakeholder maps, focus groups, and validation plans that test product, pricing, packaging, and GTM hypotheses.
* Build executive-ready deliverables including decision memos, leadership briefings, board-level decks, strategy narratives, business cases, and forecast/commit reporting that simplify complexity without losing rigor.
* Facilitate cross-functional alignment by identifying where stakeholders diverge, surfacing tradeoffs early, building shared fact bases, and creating the forums needed to move teams from debate to decision.
