Strategy Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Growth and Strategy Manager to help shape and scale our business by identifying opportunities, building data-driven growth plans, and driving cross-functional execution. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on implementation—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and business development.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that expand market reach and accelerate revenue.
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to bring strategies to life.
• Build business cases and performance models to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
• Track KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on key metrics and outcomes.
• Support leadership in long-term planning, process optimization, and operational scaling.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new products or feature launches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data fluency.
• Proven ability to turn insights into actionable business plans.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
