The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for a Project Coordinator to join the rapidly expanding Interim practice group. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Interim team, candidates and clients throughout various aspects of the recruitment and placement processes as well as playing an integral role in diverse projects and activities required for the efficient operations of a fast paced, performance driven organization.

Key

Accountabilities
  • Work closely with sales and delivery team in providing tools, operational support, data analytics & reporting to support rapidly growing Interim team
  • Document, track, and maintain records to support sales and business development by coordinating the placement process and updating CRM to maintain data integrity
  • Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings, manage activity, resource reporting and scheduling
  • Perform various administrative duties that support the sales and business development functions
  • Coordinate calendars and scheduling candidate interviews with potential clients
  • Provide client contract management administration for sales and delivery team
  • Manage assigned expense reports where applicable
  • Create and provide presentations for use with clients as requested
  • Serve as point of contact for client and consultant administrative needs
  • Assist in coordination of client events or projects as needed

Required Skills:

  • Project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment
  • Strong experience working with all Microsoft Office tools with particular proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Salesforce a plus+
  • Proven experience with organizing & managing own workload with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change
