** THE ROLE
** The E-Commerce Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the e-commerce division, helping ensure product, inventory, launch and store information is accurate, organized and up to date across our portfolio of artist web stores.

The role will work closely with E-Commerce Managers and cross-functional partners to support product set-ups, launch readiness, inventory management, reporting, order-related needs, merchandise transfers and ongoing store maintenance. The Coordinator may also manage a select group of artist stores as needed.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
**** E-Commerce Operations & Team Support
*** Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to E-Commerce Managers across the company’s portfolio of artist stores.
* Coordinate product set-ups and ensure product information, pricing, imagery, inventory and other required details are accurate and complete.
* Liaise with vendors, tour representatives, labels and partner warehouses to support the accurate and timely receipt and set-up of merchandise.
* Support inventory reviews, purchasing requests, stock reconciliation and merchandise transfers between warehouses, tours and other locations.
* Assist with order-related issues and coordinate with fulfillment and customer service partners as needed.
* Help identify, track and follow up on outstanding operational needs to keep launches and day-to-day store activity moving forward.
* Support the broader e-commerce team during high-volume launches, holiday periods and other key initiatives.
** Launch Readiness & QA
*** Maintain project trackers, Asana tasks and launch checklists to help ensure deadlines, deliverables and follow-ups are documented and completed.
* Support pre-launch QA across artist stores, including product details, pricing, imagery, inventory, links and basic store functionality.
* Work with E-Commerce Managers and cross-functional teams to identify and follow up on outstanding launch requirements.
** Reporting & Data
*** Assist with recurring e-commerce reporting and data pulls.
* Maintain e-commerce trackers and dashboards, helping ensure information is accurate, organized and up to date.
