Our Internship Program is an excellent starting point for individuals seeking to learn more about the insurance industry at one of the world's leading P&C insurance companies. As a part of the Tax internship, you will have the opportunity to work on business specific projects where you will gain knowledge and experience to supplement and strengthen your academic skills. Our program offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and build professional skills while being supported by our experienced team members.

Successful participants in the program may have the opportunity to return to Chubb as a full-time employee or future intern, depending on their graduation date.

Targeted business training designed to help you refine your professional skills and acumen critical to the success of Chubb professionals.

Technical training to deepen your skill level within your chosen discipline and an understanding of our broader industry.

Access to additional training to compliment your professional development.

This Internship Program is planned to start in Fall 2026

Major duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist with the preparation of approximately 1,400 Federal, State and Local Tax Returns for insurance and non-insurance U.S. companies.
• Assist with the calculation and filing of quarterly State and Local Estimates
• Assist with responses to State & Local notices received by tax department
• Provide support and assistance on Tax Audits
• Assist with Research of Important Tax Issues as needed

Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

GPA of 3.0 or above required.

Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.

Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.

Possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Tax and Treasury experience is helpful but not required.
