Job Description As VP Customer Delivery, you are accountable for building and scaling Wenn Soft's Customer Delivery model — shifting from today's services-intensive implementation approach toward standardized, partner-led, FORGE-centered delivery. Reporting to the CEO, you own delivery methodology, governance, partner enablement, AI-enabled efficiency, and customer outcomes. You will lead the organization to deploy FORGE at scale — growing the share of our customer base running on FORGE year over year — while reducing implementation effort, protecting margin, and enabling the migration of our customer base off Microsoft Dynamics GP ahead of its April 2031 sunset.

This is a build-and-transform mandate, not continuity of the current model; success is defined by transformation capability, not the size of the organization you have run.
