* The base salary ranges from $180,000 to $195,000 with competitive incentive opportunities available.  If you're passionate about innovation and want to make a meaningful impact, join us at Edenred Pay USA.  The VP of Product will be responsible for defining where the company invests, what we build, why we build it, and how those investments translate into customer value, revenue growth, competitive differentiation, and operating leverage.  

This leader will oversee a portfolio spanning B2B payment capabilities—including virtual card, ACH, check and emerging payment methods—as well as the software, integrations, APIs, data, workflow, and partner capabilities surrounding payment execution.  The VP of Product will bring deep product leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or adjacent financial technology markets. This leader will also translate market opportunities and customer problems into a focused product strategy that Engineering can execute and Sales can successfully take to market.

* Ensure product investments are tied to measurable business outcomes rather than simply feature delivery.
