Project Manager Co-op

Ready to kickstart your career in project management? We're offering a temporary learning opportunity where you'll support real projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and build the skills that set you up for success. This spring co-op will be filled in our Foxborough, MA office.

• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and coordinate follow-ups to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Track milestones, action items, risks, and issues to support timely project execution.
• Assist with monitoring project performance, verifying task completion, and supporting schedule reporting.
• Support PMO tools and repositories, including SharePoint, templates, and process libraries.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, or Excel is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 23.00 to USD 27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
